Can I create a rule in Tickets to filter out e-mails in a specific mailbox?

  • This is an easy thing to set up. If you want to create a rule in Tickets to filter out e-mails in a specific mailbox, e.g. hello@imbox.se, you need to create a new view under My Views in Tickets. Start by clicking the plus sign in your meny:

    Then you just have to name your new filter and choose which e-mail address you want to in your new view in Select mailboxes:

    When clicking Create new your new view/filter will appear under My Views.

    If you would like to filter out e-mails received from a specific e-mail adress, e.g. a customer's e-mail address, you use the same settings as above. However, in this case you need to use Tags. You will need to add a tag to the specific e-mail in a ticket, e.g. support:

    When the tag is in place, you need to add a filter as shown above, but in this case you filter out the tag "support" in the field Select tags instead of the mailbox.

    Of course you can also add more than one value to specify your filter in the new view.
