What is Debug mode?

  • If something doesn’t work as it should and/or you think you've discovered a bug then our developers can get more information and data when you, as an agent, activate the Debug mode. In other words, Debug mode help our developers to troubleshoot the client in order to fix the problem quicker.

    You don't need to have on the Debug mode all the time, the support team will simply ask you to activate it when needed.

    To activate this function, please go to Settings, which you find by clicking on your profile picture in the lower left corner in the client, under General settings make sure that Debug mode is activated.
