The chat won't show in your History under Conversations until the chat is closed by both you, the chat agent, and the visitor. This means that the visitor needs to either leave your website or refresh their browser for the chat to be considered closed. If the visitor stays on your website without refreshing or changing pages, it can take a while until it shows in your History.
