When you go Online to chat with visitors on the website, the chats will land in the top left corner of the client, next to the menu bar.

To open a chat, just click the chat and you will be able to see what the visitor has written and then continue the chat. You can also open a chat by clicking the notification that pops up on your device.

You get a separate chat box, for every visitor you chat with.
