At the top of a chat window you find an information icon. Below this icon there is information about the visitor you're chatting with. You find info about:

• the geographical location that the IP-address are registered on
• the source, how the visitor found its way on to your website
• which browser the visitor is using
• which device the visitor is using e.g. desktop or mobile
• which URL the visitor currently is at
