Why do I want and how do I create My Views in Tickets?

Below My Views you find inboxes that you have designed yourself. The reasons for creating these inboxes, could be many. You can create an inbox that handles tickets that only you are assigned to or tickets from a specific e-mail address, for example.
You add a new inbox/view by clicking the plus next to My Views:
The view below will appear:
You name the inbox/view where it says Enter name... and choose if the tickets in the view should have a certain status, agent, star mark, channel, group, label and/or tag.
In this example, a view named "Agreements" is created, which collects tickets with the status new or reply, the label Avtal (Agreements) and the agent "me".
When you've filled out the filter fields that you want to use for your inbox/view, you click Create new. The new inbox/view will then appear below My Views.
