How do I label a Ticket?

  • Labeling Tickets is a way of categorizing the main content of the Tickets. Which labels you can choose from, depends on your set-up and what labels you've chosen.

You can label a Ticket in two ways.

    Alternative 1:

You label a Ticket by clicking the top box - Add labels... - below Labels & Tags in the Details field and then choosing label:

    Alternative 2:

You can also label a Ticket when you click Send, if you've activated this labeling feature. You activate this feature by going to SettingsTickets Remind me to set a label when I send a Ticket. If you haven't labeled the Ticket when clicking Send, the client will remind you to do so.

If you happen to send the Ticket without labeling it, you can label it afterwards by opening up the Ticket.

In Admin (enter https://admin.imbox.io/ in your browser) you can see statistics for Tickets/labels, which is good for following up on Tickets, how you use the service and what your Tickets actually are about.
