How do I delete a Ticket?

  • If you want to delete one or more Tickets you can do it in two ways:

    1. Open the Ticket and click the three dots in the upper right corner. Choose Delete ticket.

    2. In the Tickets overview, tick the Tickets that you want to delete and then click Delete selected.

    NOTE!  Please bear in mind that once a Ticket is manuelly deleted from the Client, you won't be able to retrieve it as there is no 'Bin' folder. It also won't be included in the statistics that you find in the Admin (admin.imbox.io) under Tickets > Analytics.
