How do I (or someone else) get assigned to a Ticket?

If you answer a Ticket and click the Send button, you automatically get assigned to the Ticket.
You can also assign yourself to a Ticket by clicking Join ticket.
You can assign a colleague to the Ticket by clicking Add agent and then choose an agent or several agents.
When you've selected the agent(s) who should be assigned to the Ticket, you click Assign. After this, you see who are assigned to the Ticket.
If you want to leave a Ticket, you click Leave ticket. You unassign a colleague by clicking the cross (x) next to the agent's name.
