How do I create a new Ticket?

  • By clicking + Create new ticket at the very bottom, the view for creating a new Ticket appears. You fill out the fields – From, To, Subject and the content – just as you do when you create a common e-mail in Gmail, Outlook or similar.

    If you click more you can assign the Ticket to an agent and label the Ticket directly.

    You click Create ticket to create and send the Ticket.

    If you want to save the draft, you can simply close down the entire Create ticket box and the ticket will be placed under the Drafts folder. If you want to discard the draft, click on the Discard draft bin.
