I want to see a preview of what the visitor types in the chat – how do I set this?

  • Go to Settings > Messages > Display options. To be able to see a preview of what the visitor types before they click send, you need to tick the box Enable live-preview.

    When the box is ticked, it looks like below. The text (that hasn't been sent yet) is italicized and not in a chat bubble:
