I want to be reminded to set a label when I finish a Chat or send a Ticket – how do I set this?

  • To be reminded to set a label when you finish a chat you go to Settings > Messages. You tick Remind me to set a label when I end a conversation below Label reminder.

    To be reminded to set a label when you send a Ticket, you go to Settings > Tickets. You tick Remind me to set a label when I send a Ticket below Label reminder.
