How do I add global rapid responses for all agents?

To be able to add global rapid reponses, you need admin permissions. If you don't have it, contact your company's primary ImBox representative for help.
When you have the permissions, click Settings in the menu and then Rapid Responses.
Click + Create new to create the rapid response followed by Share your rapid response.
Now you get the choose if you want to share the rapid response with specifik colleagues or chat groups. You can also tick the box Share with all agents, if you want to share the rapid response with everybody.
