I'm Online but I'm not visible on our website, what's wrong?

  • Multiple different things can be the cause of you not showing up on your website even though you're Online.

    We recommend you to contact the person who's ImBox responsible and/or who's got admin permissions at your company, to find out if the settings for your profile are correct – perhaps you're not in the right chat group or is set to be a Back office agent instead of a Front office agent.
