How does the Filters feature in Tickets work?

  • In the upper left corner in the Tickets overview you find the Filters feature. When having an overview for a folder in front of you, e.g. All open, you can click Filters to filter in this specific folder. It looks like below when you haven't filtered.

    From this view, you can filter out Tickets by selecting starred, channels, groups, has labels, does not have labels and/or tags in All open. In this example, we want to filter out Tickets with the label 'Admin' or 'Funktionsfrågor' (see below). These Tickets then show up in the overview.

    By changing the name at the very top and then clicking Create new, you create a new folder/view to My Views with the filter criterias above.
