You find Redirect visitor by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner in an ongoing chat with a visitor.

This feature is useful when the visitor can't find what he or she searches for, and you want to redirect the visitor to a certain URL. The visitor might want to find a certain product, an education or more information about house rental – then Redirect visitor fits for use. When clicking Redirect visitor in the dropdown menu, the popup window below appears. You fill out the URL that you want to redirect the visitor to and click Redirect visitor in the purple box.

N.B.! ⚠️

• You should warn the visitor that you will redirect him or her to the URL, so that he or she doesn't think that there are ghosts in the browser. Send the visitor a message that the redirect will happen.
  
  
• If you redirect your visitors to URL:s and domains that you as a company do not host, you will loose the visitor. If you want to refer to a URL that is not your own, it's better to send the URL as a link in the chat.
