What can I see and do in the Dashboard in Call?

  • In the dashboard you can see/do the following things:

    • Incoming
      Incoming calls that are in line, in the list to the left

    • Recent
      Your previous calls, in the list to the left

    • Queues
      The different phone queues that you can join/leave

    • Agents
      You can see who is online in the phone, what queues they've chosen to join and if they're in a call

    • The green bar
      If you have a green bar at the very top of the client, this indicates that you're Online. If someone calls you, you can see and answer the incoming call here

    • Dial pad
      From here, in the upper right corner, you can call a customer, supplier or similar

    You can also change the appearance of Queues, by clicking Grid view:
