What's the Block list? How do I block or unblock a number?

  • In the Block list, to the right of the Dashboard, you find numbers that you as a company have blocked:

    Here you can add numbers to the list by clicking + Add number. When adding the number, you can also write a note to remember why the number is blocked, if you would forget it later on. The number will be blocked for future calls.

    You can also remove number from the list to unblock them. Tick the box next to the number followed by Remove selected.
