Are the conversations recorded?

  • You can record conversations in two ways; one is automatic recording of all incoming calls, or manually record chosen incoming calls you receive.

    If you are an ImBox contact person or have the right persmissions you can build Call Flow in admin (via our website admin.imbox.io) and use the block Record call.

    With the above block you can chose to record all calls, or record call to a specific agent or group.

    The other way of recording a call is when you choose to record it. You click this icon to record a call:

    After the call, you can listen to the recording by going to Recent.
