What can I do in the Contacts tab?

  • If you go to Contacts in the menu to the left, you'll find your contacts in alphabetical order.

    From this overview, you can do the following things:

    1. Click on a contact to see the profile's customer card. Here you can do the following things:

    • See the person's contact details
    • See earlier chat conversations
    • See earlier phone calls
    • See earlier tickets
    • Call the person, by hoovering over and pressing the telephone number
    • Create a new ticket to the person, by hoovering over and pressing the paper airplane
    • Update the contact information, by pressing the little pen in the upper right corner 
    • Add notes to the customer card, by clicking + Create note

    2. Search a contact by using the search field in the top. You can search by name, e-mail address and telephone number.

    3. Add a new contact by clicking New contact in the upper right corner and filling out the pop up window.

    4. Update a profile's contact information (Update) and delete the contact (Delete) via the three dots to the right.
