Is there an ImBox app?

  • Of course there's an app! Regardless of where you are, you're always able to receive and respond to your visitors questions. To get started, download it at App Store or Google play and look for "ImBox Online". 😊

    The app is a version of the client but slightly stripped down. Here are several features that you will recognize from the desktop client. The app contains the following services:

    ImBox Chat
    - Chat internally with your colleagues
    - Receive chats from your visitors on your website
    - Use your rapid responses, email the chat conversation, identify the customer with BankID, transfer the chat to a colleague etc., in the external chats
    - Start a video chat with your visitors

    ImBox Tickets
    - Read and answer tickets
    - Add private notes and labels, change the status of the tickets, email a ticket further etc.
    - See your Tickets filters and number of tickets in each filter

    ImBox Call
    - Set "Receive on this device" so it calls and you answer on your own mobile
    - Change the status of the phone and which queues you want to be connected to

    Support Center
    Of course, we also have a Support Center in the mobile app - in both Swedish and English. Here you can chat directly with us, read answers to frequently asked questions in our FAQ regarding the functions in the mobile app, and send us a message via the contact form.

    To log in to the app, use the same login details as for the desktop client.
