If you have our Call service, you can connect BankID to it so that the incoming caller can identify themselves. This is adjusted in Call Flow if you have the right permissions for it in Admin.

When you want to identify a caller, click on the three dots which appear on the right hand side to the callers name in the green bar on top of your screen. Then choose Identify with BankID.

When you do that, there is a QR code sent to the caller, who then has to open up the BankID app on their phone to scan the QR code. They identify themselves as per usual. While waiting you can follow the process, and when it's all set and done it shows as "Verification successful"!.

A little BankID symbol will appear to the left of the caller's name when the verification is successful. If you hoover over the symbol/callers name a "verified" notcie will be show.
