To be able to add, edit or delete agents you need the access rights of an administrator. No regular agents will have access to this.

If you do have admin rights, please log in to the admin interface via https://admin.imbox.io/ and click the tab Agents. If this tab doesn't show, you'll need a higher access to be able to view it.

With the key right next to the name of the agent/s you can regulate the access rights of your agents, and on the far right under Actions you can do all other changes.
