How do I email a chat conversation?

  • You can email a chat convations in two different ways.

    Option 1: 

    Click on the dots at the top right of a chat window, then select Email Conversation.

    You can now choose who / whom you want forward the chat to, the topic and an optional message. You can also send information about the visitor by clicking on INSERT VISTOR INFORMATION.

    Option 2 (if you use our service Tickets):

    Click on Create ticket.

    A new Ticket is then created, that includes a log on what was written in the chat.You will be able to choose  the sender, reciver and subject.
