When I'm about to send a Ticket, 'RETRY' appears - why?

Sometimes a Ticket can't be sent, and the text Retry appears when you press Send in Tickets. This may happen due to three different causes:
- The Ticket has no reciever address, see the example below where it's empty after To:.
- The Ticket has no subject or the subject contains less than five letters.
- You have lost the Internet connection.
