How do I see if an agent handles a Ticket?

  • You can see that an agent handles or looks at a Ticket in different ways. If you're in the Tickets overview with all Tickets listed, you can spot an eye symbol next to the Ticket's subject line.

    If you open up the Ticket, you can see if other agents look at it at the same time as you. Here you can also see if the agent types anything and what the agent types.
