If you have the right permissions, you can see other agents' permissions as well, in Admin (enter https://admin.imbox.io/ in your browser). But if you don't have these permissions, you can't see other agents' permissions. 

We at ImBox, however, can see all agents' permissions, so if you don't know who's Superadmin or Admin at your company – ask us and we will help you!

If you, for example, want to have your profile edited, you should first ask the person who's Superadmin/Admin at your company, but we can of course help you out as well.
