What settings are there for the standard filters in Tickets?

  • The filters below are always there from the very first time that you log in to the client and Tickets:

    • All unsolved
      In this mailbox you find all Tickets with status new or reply, that you should answer (or mark as solved/closed).

    • My unsolved
      In this mailbox you find all your Tickets, that you are assigned to, with status new or reply, that you should answer (or mark as solved/closed).

    • Unassigned
      In this mailbox you find all Tickets that no agent has been assigned to.

    • All open
      In this mailbox you find all Tickets, except the ones with status closed.

    • My starred
      In this mailbox you find all Tickets that you are assigned to and that you/someone else have starred.

    • Drafts
      In this mailbox you find all you drafts.

    You can also create your own mailboxes/views. You create and see your views below My Views.
