How do I ban a visitor?

  • If a visitor misbehaves you're able to ban them, by pressing the Actions button (the three vertical dots, at the upper right corner of your chat window).

    Choose Ban visitor. Please note that the visitor is banned for 15 minutes at an IP level, and up to one year at a cookie level. This means that if the visitor changes his or her browser, computer or clears the cookies and cache, they're able to return to the chat.

    Please bear in mind that you can't rectify a 'ban'
