When having an external chat with a visitor, you can do the following things in the Details field (that you find if you click the information icon with the text Show details):

• Change the name of the visitor by clicking the current name, giving the visitor a new name and pressing Enter
• Give the chat a label below Labels & Tags
• Give the chat a tag below Labels & Tags
• See information about the visitor below Cards (if you as an ImBox customer has APIs for this)
• Make sure that the visitor has been identified through BankID (if you as an ImBox customer has this feature connected to your chat), below Identification
