Where do I add/edit/delete answers and questions to our FAQ?

  • If you have ImBox FAQ and Admin permissions, you go to Admin (enter https://admin.imbox.io/ in your browser) to do the following things:

    • Add new answers and questions to your FAQ
    • Edit existing answers and questions
    • Delete answers and questions from your FAQ
      • (FAQ > Articles)
    • See statistics for your FAQ
      • (FAQ > Analytics)
    • Find more information about how to do above (you find common answers and questions in the FAQ on Admin)
