Settings exists both in the ImBox client and on the admin web page.

In the ImBox client you find Settings by clicking your profile picture in the lower left corner here in the ImBox client, followed by Settings.

Here you can change notifications, various settings regarding our services, add rapid responses and ticket templates. (You need the correct authorization to see/update/delete rapid responses and ticket template in this view).

Then there is Settings in the Admin web page (write https://admin.imbox.io/ in your web browser) and in the top there is a menu where you find settings. If you are the ImBox contact person, or Superadmin, here are all the settings you need regarding all administration.
