How do I change my profile picture, name, department, e-mail address and/or max active chats?

  • Your profile picture, name, department and e-mail address are modified by your company representative responsible for ImBox, through our Admin website. Changes are made under Agents > Edit.

    The maximum number of simultaneous chats is set by the agent, locally in your client. The setting for this number is found under Settings > Messages > Max active chats.

    If you don't know who is responsible for ImBox, the easiest way to find this out is by contacting the ImBox contact person at your company.
