Yes, it is perfectly possible to receive calls via your mobile phone instead of the desktop client! To get started with this, you follow these steps:

1. Download the mobile app ImBox Online (where you download apps), if you don't have the app downloaded already.
   
   
2. Log in to the app with your log in details.
   
   
3. Go to the Call menu.
   
   
4. If you're offline for Calls, in both desktop and mobile app, just click on the switch to the right of Phone online to go online for Calls.
   
   
   
   If you're online for Calls and receive calls in the desktop client, but want the calls to go to the mobile app instead, just click Receive on this device.
   
   
   
   
5. When you're online for Calls, you might have to join the telephone queues. Click X Joined queues to choose the queues you want to join.
   
   
   
   
   
   When you've joined one or more queues, you see this in the ✔ Joined queues row.
   
   
   
   
6. When you're online for Calls and have joined the queues in the app, you just have to wait for the calls to start rolling in.
